Free CAN-BIKE Learn To Ride Presentation

Wednesday, June 6 

6:00 – 8:00pm

Graham Bell Museum Upper Parking Lot.

This CAN-BIKE Introduction presentation will be suitable for bicyclists of all

ages and abilities. We will go over many aspects of safe bicycling and introduce

some new concepts and information.

We will review: 

Helmet and bike fit

Bicycling and the Law

Sharing the Road Principles

We will practice:

Starting/stopping maneuvers

Straight line riding & shoulder checks

Lane positioning

Signaling

Collision Avoidance Techniques

Dealing with road hazards

& much more
