2014 Introduction to Kayaking Program

Naturally Active Victoria County Proudly Presents at Paddledog Kayak Tours (Baddeck) a ½ Day Learn to Kayak Program
We are offering you an opportunity to learn the basics of kayaking with us on the Bras’Dor lakes with our 2 ½ Hour Intro to Kayaking Program.

We will teach you the basics of paddling on and off the water introducing you to the fundamentals of an exciting sport …AND HAVE SOME FUN!!!!!

Our Kayak Program Includes:
1) Basic Paddling strokes
2) How to sit and adjust your boat to you
3) Differences in kayaks
4) What to look for when buying a boat
5) Weather conditions
6) Gear
7) Safety & Control
8) How to dress and more

PROGRAM DATES: July 12th or July 19th 2014
TIMES: 9am -11:30am (Rain or shine)
LOCATION: Paddledog Kayak Tours – 22 Water St. – Baddeck
COST: $45 + tax per person
AGES: 13 – 99 ½ years old
