NEW Taekwondo Program Begins Next Thursday, November 13th Every Thursday – Starts Nov 13th

6:30 pm

Masonic Hall

Ages 5 + up; (Active For Life: Children, Youth, Adults; Seniors)

Instructor Earl Burke has 2nd degree in taekwondo; Instructor Matthew has a 2nd degree in Wushu and a 2nd degree in Hapkido.

* Please wear comfortable clothing and you’ll be in bare feet.

After 3 successful try it sessions – a program for Baddeck & Area begins this week, November 13th . Please register on-site at the program.

Taekwondo teaches participants fundamental movement skills, fundamental sport skills and the ABCs – agility, balance, coordination and speed – of physical literacy. This physical literacy is developed through learning different sparring techniques, martial arts (patterns), and self-defense.
