Conditions of Employment: The Municipality of the County of Victoria requires a Criminal Record Check and Child Abuse Registry Check (both dated within the last year) and a valid current Nova Scotia Drivers License with access to a vehicle for travel.
Salary and benefits: This is a full time position based on 35 hours/week, Monday to Friday, daytime hours. Hourly wage is $13 to $16/hour based on qualifications, experience, and a demonstrated ability to perform the responsibilities of the position.
This position is created through the Job Creation Partnership Program (an employment program of Employment Nova Scotia) so an applicant must be unemployed and be in receipt of, or have received, Employment Insurance Benefits within the last 3 years.
