We challenge you and your team to walk at least 150 minutes per week during the challenge for a chance to win great prizes all while being fit, having fun and socializing.

Too cold outside or planning another activity?  No problem.  You can still participate by counting your minutes and if you want, you can even convert your time into steps in our easy to use step converter at www.walkaboutns.ca

Challenge Rules and Conditions

  • Send in your team registration form
  • Any walk or activity of at least 10 minutes in duration contributes towards the 150 minute per week goal.  Bike, yoga, gardening, running, swimming, anything which is active can count.  Check out www.walkaboutns.ca to convert your steps
  • Ideally, a team consists of two to five individuals.  All members of the team must walk at least once per week. More than 5 people? Create 2 teams for more chances to win.
