Directions to Trail:

We request people to donate to the Crowdis Mountain Snowmobile Club. Grooming of these trails is carried out by a team of volunteers and fees collected pays for gas, maintenance, etc.

Bell Bay Golf Club in Baddeck, Victoria County, Nova Scotia has over 7 kms of groomed classic ski trails and snow shoe trails. Everyone is welcome! Enjoy!

If you need equipment (Skis, boots, poles) to ski, the local Baddeck Library has a Victoria County Active Outdoor Gear Loan Program available at no fees (Form must be filled out to loan). It provides FREE (No down payment) access to this equipment. There are adult and children’s skis, boots, and poles.

Need Equipment:


The Cape Breton Regional Library lends out a wide variety of winter equipment in partnership with the Victoria County Active Outdoor Gear Loan Program. It provides FREE access (1 week loan) to this equipment through the Baddeck Library. There is adult and children’s skis, boots, and poles; reflective safety vests; various sizes of ice traction cleats; and snowshoes and walking poles in a variety of sizes available.
