7th Annual Bike Victoria Week: June 2 – 10, 2018 

Cycling is for everyone!

From June 2 to 10, 2017 – Bike Victoria Week aims to celebrate the cycling community, educate all residents about cycling safety, and increase participation in cycling throughout Victoria County.

Bike to Hike to Bite” – Bike Ride 2018

Saturday, June 2nd, 2018 

9 am – meet at the Baddeck Forks Community Hall

(Cycle Big Baddeck, the Big Glen & Hike to Uisge Ban Falls)

Signature Event of the 7th Annual Bike Victoria Week June 2-10, 2018 & Part of the Velo Cape Breton Ride Schedule 2018.  

9:00 am – Registration and pick-up your bike (If needed) at Baddeck Forks Community Hall (Look for the Pedallers By The Bay Trailer)

Meet at the Baddeck Forks Community Hall Golf Course in Big Baddeck (Directions via the RCMP side)

Only $15 each (Fee is for lunch only) – Includes bike (If needed – until they are not available, maximum 10 available at no cost!), helmet, water bottle, installed pack and a lunch at local business.

Cycle starts at 9:30 am (When you register, please tell us your height, male or female and also, you must sign a waiver to participate); Distance: Bike 12 kms / Hike: 2.61 kms

Naturally Active for Life Victoria County Since 2011, Velo Cape Breton Association and “Pedallers by the Bay” Proudly Present the “Bike to Hike to Bite” Bike (Big Baddeck, the Big Glen & Hike to Uisge Ban Falls)

The ride starts at the entrance to Baddeck Forks Community Centre (counter clock wise). Journey stops at Uisge Ban falls.  From there journey will continue to bicycle the Big Baddeck Road with stops along the way to Centre Bridge, Uisge Ban Falls and back to the hall and lunch at a local business the Baddeck Golf Course Restaurant.
