“AT” – Refers to any human powered or non-motorized travel. However, active transportation is more than just a way to get around. For many, it’s a chance to enjoy recreational or leisure opportunities in the great outdoors. For others, it’s a way to help the environment through reduced emissions and lower noise pollution levels.
There are many positive results that come of more people choosing active transportation, better health and cleaner urban air among them. So start where you are, begin living the dream: get out of your car.
