Gentle, Restorative Yoga!

Join yoga instructor Patsy MacKenzie for ten weeks of gentle, restorative yoga! This class is perfect for beginners and those with mobility issues who want a gentle stretch and some morning relaxation.
The program is FREE, and all are welcome.
Note: Wear comfy clothing! You can bring a yoga mat if you have one. Poses can also be done seated, for those with mobility issues.

Gentle, Restorative Yoga and Rise and Shine Exercise Program

Great news! Patsy MacKenzie will be returning to Baddeck Library to offer ten weeks of gentle, restorative yoga, starting July 24. These half-hour sessions are perfect for beginners and those with mobility issues.

Sessions will be held on Tuesday mornings at 9:35 am, right after the Rise and Shine exercise program – so you can start your day with a walk and some resistance training, following by gentle stretches and relaxation.

Both programs (Rise and Shine with Matthew Carmichael, and Restorative Yoga), are FREE thanks to a partnership with Naturally Active for Life Victoria County Since 2011
