Cabot Trail Relay
Congrats to everyone who ran in this year’s Cabot Trail Relay 2018. This fabulous event brings runners from all over Canada and abroad, and is a real feather in the cap of the CB running community. Thanks to Dave Parkinson, and all his volunteers, for all the work they do every year making this happen. You rock!
Swimmers – Cape Breton Crustacea:
If you’ve made it this far, you’ll be glad to know that not only are the days getting longer but you’ve already made it through the coldest days of the winter and the average temperature is just starting to notch up day by day.
Remember to stay tuned to the CB Barbarians Facebook page for updates and weekly training opportunities.
