  • NS Health & Wellness Active Living Branch
  • Cape Breton University
  • Cape Breton Heart Lung Wellness
  • NS Heart and Stroke
  • YMCA of Cape Breton

Notes:

  • Participants do not need to know anything as long as they meet the requirement of participation in at least 50 hours of fitness training or classes.
  • We really do not need that much as far as equipment. A lot of the exercises can be demonstrated without any equipment. I will make whatever we have access to work!

Please note – May 21st is the long weekend, So I think I will be able to cover enough just with the other days and just cancel that one, or I could use June 4th for material and we can figure something else out for the final assessments.
