Weight loss support group with 90 minutes of exercise per week.

Tuesdays 6-6:30 Weigh-in and meeting 6:30-7 low impact low intensity work out Friday 6-6:30 Low impact and low intensity workout 6:30 -7 more intense workout   This is always subject to change but that Is my intention for this 8 week challenge.  There will be prizes for people who release the most weight.
